Post-graduation, she interned as a Sketch Artist with Disney’s Costume Design Team, where she was later hired on full-time and honored as a Partners in Excellence Nominee. She spent six years with Disney and moved on to an exciting freelance Costume Design career, designing over 30 productions for Mad Cow Theatre in Orlando, FL. Additionally, she has designed costumes for three productions at the Asolo Repertory Theatre. After moving to Denver, Colorado, Nicole started a family and a business. She owns and operates Loopy Gear, which is sold all over the US and has distribution in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Germany, and recently Saudia Arabia and the GCC. Her product design has won the PTPA Award, Family Choice Award, Family Review Center Award, Mom's Choice Award, Green Scene Award, and Creative Child's Top Choice Award and was recently featured in Baby Couture Magazine, Baby & Kids Magazine, and Baby Maternity Magazine. Nicole currently serves as the Chair of Fashion Design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design where she's honored and grateful to work with the future creatives of the world. She hopes to return to theatre someday, but this has been a wonderful adventure so far! Nicole is married with a 12 year old son, 10 year old boy/girl twins, and two hound dogs...life is a good kind of chaos right now.
